Following his architectural training, Chris started work in the contracting industry. At the end of 2004 he made the transition to project management. He initially worked for a housing association and then as a consultant with the RO group.
At the beginning of 2010, Chris joined real estate investor Merin, as Technical Manager and in 2011 he completed his HBO real estate and brokerage training. At Merin, Chris was responsible for part of the real estate portfolio in the east of the Netherlands and involved in various major transformation and preservation trajectories of offices and the former Philips location in Apeldoorn. In his role Chris tried to translate the tenants requirements into concrete solutions within the Merin portfolio. In doing so it regularly became apparent that the interests of a real estate investor are different to those of the tenant, with the result that tenants could not always be optimally helped.
Chris has decided to focus purely on tenant and end-user consultation and joined Solved as a project manager at the beginning of 2016. Chris is an open and enthusiastic person, who alongside his passion for real estate and technology is interested in personal contact. He does so with an open approach and direct communication. He is a good project manager and is focussed on the end product that fits with the customer.
