We work according to the Solved way of working: we combine workplace consultancy, business brokerage and project management as a housing consultant. Depending on your request, a workplace consultant, broker, or project manager from Solved will take the lead. Because we have integrated three business lines, we can pursue your goal in everything we do and take as much work off your hands as possible. In this case, the focus will be on workplace consultancy. However, because we are accustomed to looking beyond a single area of expertise, we will always keep the big picture in mind.
For example, we begin with a stay-or-go analysis in which we examine the possibilities offered by your current office building. Perhaps the solution may be obvious and there is no need to move. Is new housing necessary? During the viewing we already take your wishes into account. Does the building offer sufficient meeting space? Can your technical wishes be met here? Are the desired facilities available? This way, you can be sure that your new office meets your needs in all respects.
