Collin Anders
Since 2021, Collin has worked as an independent housing consultant and partner at Solved. His focus is on managing corporate real estate processes for users. He keeps the lines of communication with clients short and switches quickly. He has extensive experience with large international clients and is well acquainted with international laws and regulations for housing across borders. Collin has been active as an advisor to real estate users since graduating in Architecture in 1995. First, he did this as a housing consultant at DTZ Zadelhoff Corporate Real Estate Services, where redevelopment of industrial sites in addition to leasing was central. Subsequently, he guided organizations with sizeable real estate portfolios in their international operational real estate needs and housing strategy in London. He later developed his skills in the Netherlands at Cushman & Wakefield and others in account management, transaction management, workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, project management, lease administration, and facility management. Collin is now using those skills as a housing consultant at Solved. In addition to his advisory work and account management for users, Collin is affiliated with a global platform as an RICS member and CoreNet member with access to best practices and technologies. He also teaches the international real estate module at Saxion University.
