Oscar Swagerman
Oscar provides expert housing advice on a wide variety of issues. He is a business economist by origin, specializing in Real Estate. In addition, he completed the post-graduate real estate course Master of Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. In 2003, Oscar started his career at international real estate advisor CBRE, focusing on executing the purchase and lease assignments on behalf of (inter)national clients. He then worked for several years as Deputy Director of Agency. He was responsible for further expanding the relationship network and advising (inter)national organizations on various housing issues. In 2011, he made the switch to Solved. Oscar is loyal, result-oriented, analytical, and has strong perseverance. He repeatedly delivers added value to his clients at Solved with these qualities.
