Silvia de Haan
As a workplace consultant, Silvia de Haan translates the strategy of organizations into the best work environment. Her advice is independent of trends and fits the approach and values of the client. Her starting point is that housing is more than bricks and mortar; it is a tool to move a company forward. After studying at the Design Academy (Eindhoven), Silvia developed from product designer, interior designer, and project manager to workplace consultant. For the first ten years of her career, she worked at renowned design agencies such as Marcel Wanders Studio and Studio Müller Van Tol, where the focus shifted from product design to interior design. She also worked at management consultancy Re-creations as a design and workplace consultant. There she advised large international multinationals on workplace optimization and interior design. In 2017, Silvia moved to Solved to set up the workplace consultancy branch here. From her role, together with her workplace constancy colleagues, she helps organizations create an intelligent workplace concept that fits the way of working and the organization’s goals.
