Casio Benelux is a part of the Casio Group. In the Netherlands, they are responsible for sales and marketing for watches and calculators.

We had the opportunity to advise Casio Benelux in their accommodation process. The process started with a thorough analysis of their space needs, where we looked at their specific requirements: how much space is needed, functional working, smaller office spaces for focus and a space where people come together for connection.

After comparing various options, our “stay or go analysis” revealed that the best choice for Casio Benelux was to continue renting at the current location. We then negotiated with the landlord on their behalf, securing the best terms.

The entire process; from analyzing the space requirements to finding the suitable premises and negotiating out the lease, was done in close cooperation with the client. For us, it is all about supporting our clients in making well-considered long-term housing decisions.
