Mobiquity is a digital consulting company that specializes in designing and developing innovative digital solutions for clients worldwide. For two years, we had the opportunity to consult Mobiquity with their real estate challenge. It all began with the question: “How can we optimize our office layout to accommodate our growing needs and enhance our efficiency?”
The company was experiencing rapid growth and needed to determine the amount of additional space required. Eventually, this question evolved into a broader reconsideration of the workspace, aiming for a more flexible and adaptable layout.
To comprehensively assess our client’s needs, our workplace team conducted extensive interviews with Mobiquity’s staff and captured all the information into a visual presentation, providing our client with a clear overview of potential solutions.
After careful consideration, Mobiquity decided to lease space in the adjacent building, and we successfully negotiated a favourable contract on their behalf. Currently, we are offering the old location for sublease.
With the lease agreement in hand, our dedicated project management team undertook the redesign of the office. The transformation of the ground floor presented a particular challenge, turning a previously bare and dimly lit garage into an inviting co-working area including a restaurant, meeting rooms, a coffee bar, and a patio. The result is an office space perfectly tailored to our client’s needs, with areas that can easily adapt to changing circumstances, whether that involves growth or contraction. All of this was brought to life through a design by Ook architecten, who crafted a beautiful and modern aesthetic office.
